The National Security Personnel System (NSPS) is not fair to DoD civilian employees. And it won't be fair to other federal employees if OMB has its way and spreads the NSPS to other federal agencies. The time to draw a line in the sand is now! You have the power to change NSPS by contacting your Representative and Senators. That's why AFGE has launched Operation Fairness, a three week mobilization to flood Congressional offices with calls and emails.

  • Lower your standard of living by eliminating the current GS and FWS pay systems. Supervisors will determine your annual pay raise and eligibility for promotion.

  • Remove your right to negotiate fair working conditions such as who gets overtime, flex time and other family-friendly policies
