DoD NSPS Status Report

A new flyer on four key areas, new sample comments and updated summaries of the regulation have just been posted.

(1) Help educate your fellow-employees to the danger of the Department of Defense’s NSPS, which OMB has proposed to extend to all government agencies, and (2) ask them to “file a comment”. Everything you need to learn about NSPS, file a comment to DoD, write a letter to the editor, etc. can be found on AFGE’s web site.
